How to use: The most beneficial way to psychologically use essential oils is via inhalation. As we inhale the aromatic molecules they can work quickly with the brain to influence our emotions. 

Practise breathing with your oils and discover what scent you prefer the most. Hold a bottle under your nose (cap off) as you breathe deeply and tune into your body. Take this time to relax, reset and rebalance as you find comfort in your chosen scent. Reach for your favourite bottle as needed (or place 2-4 drops onto some fabric and carry it around with you) and let the aroma guide you as needed.
